KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).
The KJESS Continuous Improvement (CI) is a specialist with a passion for not being satisfied with the status quo. Complacency is not something that you adhere to. You are naturally motivated to pursue positive change, and work with team members in facilitating recommended changes. Being organized and adept at weighing and managing priorities is key for a successful continuous improvement professional, since there can be competition for what is handled and when. Using keen analytical skills and synthesizing information comes into play when determining how current processes can be improved.
With your excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as your ability to communicate with all levels of the business, you are sure to be a success in this role. Using Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies, you will lead the improvement efforts and develop other team members to design and implement them.
