Forsa Supervisor - Barbados / Trinidad and Tobago
v Understanding the sequencing of the FORSA components and the methodology for installation
v Ability to read and understand the structural drawings, architectural drawings associated with the FORSA modulation.
v Select an efficient Forsa configuration of the components, standardize as much as possible to the pour sequence and schedule accordance with the scope.
v Estimation of human resources required for installation of the FORSA system.
v List of equipment and tools required daily for the FORSA installation.
v List the Forsa components in accordance with the Forsa modulation drawings.
v Adhere to legal regulations, building and safety codes, and other requirements
v Daily planning and coordination of the FORSA installation
v Coordination with site engineer and QA/QC for inspections before concrete pours.
v Supervision of maintenance for equipment and FORSA formwork
v Reporting on installation issues and mitigation strategy for installation, equipment, and tools when necessary.
v Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions
v Proactively identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issues associated with the FORSA installation
v Preparation of daily reports for FORSA installation.
v Coordinate with construction manager for concrete pours
v Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
v 5+ years’ experience in the management of new construction and remodeling projects
v Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
v Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling methods
v Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a constant eye on quality
v Knowledge of job site safety practices required
