Compensation Analyst

The Financial Analyst (Compensation Data) will analyze salary and other compensation, the recognition program, and any other ad hoc assignments in the development of compensation processes while supporting special & ad hoc projects. This will include conducting research on various compensation matters, produce reports, and other documents.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

• Expected to work full-time in the physical office for eight-hour shifts
• Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities
• May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
