Integrated Solutions Engineer

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Ensures department objectives are achieved
• Conduct market research to develop sales leads
• Establish and maintain a sales pipeline for all potential and ongoing opportunities
• Develop technical and commercial proposals and tenders
• Ensure sales targets are met/surpassed monthly
• Conduct and evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data
• Assist in building the product portfolio for Integrated Solutions products/services
• Develop forecasts for annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams
• Assist in developing and implementing a marketing plan for the department
• Provides quarterly reports on demand and production, ensuring customer demand are met and assessing room for improvement
• Provide technical assistance/advice to Integrated Solutions team. Oversight on technical aspects of tenders and proposals
• Build relationships with existing and new customers
• Visit jobs sites and develop relationships with contractors and project managers as required.
• Negotiate with foreign suppliers and local contractors on best prices for tendered jobs and ongoing projects
• Provide technical options for cost effective solutions aligned to customer and company needs.
• Establish, implement, monitor and document safety and quality standards for all jobs as required
• Conduct research on equipment relating to quotation/tender specification.
• Manages successful resolution of customer complaints/issues.
• Ensures customer satisfaction of the department in terms of delivery of quality products/services in a timely manner
• Ensure that collection of all payments relating to the department is done in a timely manner
• Any other related tasks/duties as required
• Assist in monthly/annual stock taking as required
• Promote safety awareness and the development of a Safety Culture within the company
• Liaise with external customers/contractors/suppliers as and when necessary
• Compliance with all EIG Policies.

 Requirements:

• BSc in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 

• Working in cross functional team

• Excellent time management skills

• Strong Focus on customer service delivery

• Experience in Environmental Health & Safety
