BI Officer/ERP specialist

Candidate required to develop analytical reporting models and data visualization solutions, manage company's reports and core applications .

THIS POSITION IS OPEN ONLY TO NATIONALS OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO AND THOSE HOLDING VALID AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE COUNTRY AND LIVING IN THE COUNTRY AT THE PRESENT TIME. 

We are seeking a BI Officer/ERP specialist for one of our clients located in East Trinidad and would report to the ICT Manager of the company.

Salary Range: 10-13.5K.

MUST HAVE POWER BI

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop key reports using Microsoft Power BI for decisions that are made by management
2. Work with key stakeholders 
3. Reports must be updated and maintained
4. The key functionalities of Epicor Enterprise Resource Planning Applications must be studied and understood
5. Create relevant documentation or Training 
6. Conduct Training for Staff members
7. Receive, discuss, accept, document, track and fulfil periodic request from Epicor users 
8. Lend assistance with regards to daily support for any helpdesk issues.
9. Perform any other necessary task as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Engineering is an essential requirement.
2. Experience in Microsoft Azure environment and Microsoft O365 Tools
3. At least three years’ experience in developing application software on Microsoft technologies including .NET, SQL-Server, SSRS, Power BI and Power Automate Tools.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills, which will be required in order to understand, document and communicate the needs the user community.
5. Exposure to any standard software development methodology is desirable.
6. Exposure to any standard ERP software is desirable.
7. High level of commitment, motivation and orientation toward user education and support are essential requirements for this position. 
8. Excellent analytical skills and a high level of numeracy will be extremely useful in this position, as these will demonstrate the candidate’s potential to grow into other positions with progressively greater responsibilities.
