Senior Manager - Operations

Our client is looking for a Senior Manager - Operations with at least two (2) or more years' experience in the Document/Printing Industry.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills/Abilities:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
• Sales Certification with 1-2 years of work-related experience and training in a related environment
• 2 or more years' experience in a Management position; Sales, Product Development, Strategic Planning and Execution
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills
• Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
• Experience working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio

 Key Responsibilities:

• Plans, directs, coordinates, monitors, controls and reports on Production Work Flow
• Provides leadership to team members
• Receives job requests and assigns to team members
• Ensures quality and deadlines are met to customers’ satisfaction
• Updates Daily Production Log as required
• Produces quotations for jobs on request
• Handles internal and external customer queries and complaints
• Liaises with Sales Manager and Account Executives closely on job requests
• Liaises with Support Departments to ensure that equipment is maintained in proper working order
• Maintains and submits required reports within deadline
• Assists with customer counter service and achieving customer deadlines
