Branch Manager(Montego Bay)

This position is for you if you can:

• Coordinates the opening/close of Sales Outlet, Warehouse and Office daily
• Efficiently and effectively supervise Sales Outlet Staff
• Plan monthly strategies and activities to achieve monthly sales targets
• Assist customers in the selection of the best suitable products to achieve their goals
• Ensure that all orders and/or customer complaints are expedited/processed/resolved/delivered accurately and in a timely manner
• Conduct stock-taking and/or cycle counting as required
• Monitor inventory to ensure an adequate stock level and identify slow-moving items
• Creating a positive, professional and safe work environment
• Receiving, checking, and stocking merchandise throughout the store
• Meeting sales goals or quotas.

Requirements

• Bsc Business Administration
• Certification in related field/ Supervisory Management
• 3-5 years of related work experience
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Have the ability to work flexible hours
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Consider yourself, responsible, reliable, and motivated
• Retail experience preferred
