Core Functions:

• Identify, structure and value various assets including derivatives to be used as inputs in various structured products.
• Operational management of securitization transactions across esoteric Asset-Backed Securities/Mortgage-Backed Securities (ABS/MBS).
• Identify and recommend suitable investments across global asset classes for affluent and high net worth client segments of NCBCM and its regional subsidiaries and provide thorough analyses to support investment recommendations.
• Provide research and analytical support to the revenue generating units of NCBCM, specifically, Portfolio and Asset Management, Wealth Management and Investment Banking.
• Provide Analytical Support to the Product Development & Strategic Planning Process and divisions of NCBJ as requested.
• Liaise with members of the Wealth Management team to prepare Investment Portfolio Proposals designed to meet client financial objectives and risk tolerances with the view to help grow Assets Under Management and revenues.
• Generate revenues based on agreed targets through the design and pricing of structured investment products for distribution to NCBCM institutional and High Net Worth Clients.
• Manage the structuring process through closing including but not limited to conducting supporting research and analyses, the drafting and filing of regulatory documents, securing requisite approvals, attendance at client meetings, liaising with various entities including international brokers to ensure successful execution of transactions


Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or any other related discipline.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in financial modelling ,valuation and analysis.
