The Treasury Officer coordinates the efficient operation of the Vault by ensuring that all packages are received and stored in accordance with Beryllium's Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsiblities 

• Completes logs and reports accurately and in compliance with relevant company policies;
•  Ensures adherence to policies which address custody and the custody transfer of all items in the vault;
• Ensures that the crew’s cell phones and handheld devices are charged overnight;
• Reports breaches promptly;
• Demonstrates accountability for the sensitive resources associated with the role;
• Displays accuracy in the execution of all aspects of work;
• Maintains confidentiality at all times;
• Any other duties assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements 

• A minimum of five (5) subjects at the CSEC level, including Mathematics and English Language
• Two (2) or more years of experience in a similar environment
• Sound organizational and leadership skills  
• Customer service oriented
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good working knowledge of computers and software
• Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays and for extended hours.
