Graduate Training Programme

Heritage Petroleum Company Limited will be recruiting candidates for its Graduate Training Programme.

We are a state-owned company in the business of exploration, development, production and marketing of crude oil.  Our operations are primarily located within southern Trinidad & Tobago with non-operated assets off Trinidad’s north and east coasts.

Trainees will benefit from meaningful work experiences and opportunities to develop and strengthen their competencies while allowing them to bring innovative approaches to the fore.

We will be recruiting and selecting graduates in the following disciplines:

• Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Process, Reservoir, Petroleum)
• Geoscience
• Commercial
• Information Technology
• HSE
• Human Resources
• Law
• Supply Chain Management

To be eligible for our Graduate Training Programme, you must:

• Be a national of Trinidad and Tobago
• Possess a minimum of a first degree from a recognised and accredited university or educational institution, with a minimum GPA of 3.5, in a course of study relevant to Heritage’s business operations
• Have graduated within the last two (2) years
• Have no more than one (1) year working experience
