Sales Executive - BMW & Audi

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that the highest levels of brand representation are displayed and represented at all times in all areas.
  • Assisting the Sales Manager with monitoring daily operations, recommending and creating improved courses of action where necessary.
  • Organize and maintain the showroom, updating silent salesmen material where necessary.
  • To achieve both new and pre-owned vehicle sales targets.
  • Support the  Sales Manager  with accurate forecasting at the beginning of each month, updating as necessary.
  • Active participation in regular prospecting evenings as determined by the Sales Manager, General Manager, or senior management.
  • Complete understanding and adherence to the sales process.
  • Effective collection of customer data.
  • Work with the Sales Manager to monitor the customer experience by reviewing feedback received from customers and making the necessary recommendations or changes.
  • Full adherence to ATL Customer Satisfaction processes, guidelines, and bonus targeting requirements.
  • Play an influential role in the improvement of the customer experience.
  • Contribute to your own performance evaluations as well as adhere to short and long-term goals set out for you.
  • Demonstrate positive values and behaviors for colleagues to emulate.
  • Have an excellent and respectful working relationship with relevant internal and external parties to ensure a seamless and efficient operation of the dealership.
  • Maintain an excellent working relationship with support departments such as Marketing and PR, Training, Human Resources, IT Operations, Facilities, and Security for the execution of strategies as mandated.
  • Other related duties in keeping with scope and competency.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

The ideal Candidate must have the following minimum experience

  • Tertiary Education required/minimum 5 CSEC/CAPE inclusive of Mathematics & English/First Degree (Sales/Marketing/Business) /formal training an asset.
  • Strong strategic thought process and the ability to devise and execute long-term communication goals.
  • Knowledge and Understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Minimum 2 Years’ experience in a sales environment.
  • Proven track record of dynamic sales result.
  • Knowledge of the Jamaican Automotive Industry.
  • A valid Jamaican General Driver’s License, minimum 3 years.
  • Tertiary-level training in customer service relations is an asset.
