The Marketing Operations Officer will own the operational efficiencies of the GTM team. This includes tactical, and operational solutions that drive optimal performance across the department.

The Marketing Operations Officer will own the operational efficiencies of the GTM team. This includes tactical, and operational solutions that drive optimal performance across the department. This role will work closely with the CGO, Senior Marketing Manager, the department leads as well as team leads across the business and external partners.
The Marketing Operations Officer will assist in ideating and authoring operational deliverables - from briefs to final presentations. He/she will identify and develop internal and external tools, processes, and documentation to improve operational effectiveness. The Operations officer will also manage the GTM procurement process.
This role requires an individual with exceptional written and oral communication skills, a love of problem-solving, a proven track record of optimizing internal/external tools, and strong stakeholder management skills. They will be a self-starter who can work with ambiguity, while also being a team player who can collaborate regularly in our fast growing, and ever-evolving GTM team.
