Key Responsibilities

To manage Outdoor World Ltd. Store and sales team to achieve company objectives, as well as meet performance targets relative to sales, gross profit and expense management. To provide sound merchandising techniques and good housekeeping practices, as well as maintaining efficient inventory levels, executing viable marketing initiatives and providing superior customer service at all times.

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and management in the retail industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly organised with effective time mangement
• Ability to develop and motivate a strong cohesive team
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite, particularly Excel.
