Cash Analyst (Accounting) 

Role Overview

Our client is an established regional organisation with a vast network of Retail/Service outlets across the Caribbean. Due to growth, they are seeking to employ an experienced candidate to execute payments for all regional markets via uploads, drafts, wire transfers and bank letters.  Will also process  travel expenses refunds for employees when necessary.

Duties

• Prepares payment instructions for bank letters, drafts, wires and via CMS uploads for designated markets.
• Enters US dollar payments in bank online platforms.
• Emails payment notifications and validation reports to vendors and relevant parties. 
• Performs banking duties daily and ensures all payments are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensures that requested bank drafts are copied and passed on to appropriate personnel.
• Maintains comprehensive filing system for all market payments and audit trails.
• Provides payment information to auditors and explains any areas of concern re open invoices or unallocated amounts.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree i.e. Accounting, Finance

Experience

• Minimum of 1-2 years in an accounting related function working with cash transactions.
