We are now seeking experienced Customer Service Associates and top notch Sales Representatives to utilize their skills which will result in an excellent take home package.
Customer Service Associates
Customer Service team members are responsible for solving customer queries and educating customers on products and services. Ensure the highest level of service is provided to our clients giving exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues/queries in efforts to meet and exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Managing high call volume.
Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Following-up to ensure resolution.
Keeping records of customer interactions.
Following communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Sales Representative
As a dynamic Sales Agent you will be the principal point of contact between our client’s business and their customers. Your duties will range from ensuring customers have the right products and services while maintaining good customer relations to pursuing new sales opportunities.
Essential Duties:
Use a customer-focused, consultative sales process to educate customers on what products/services will best fit their needs
Communicate via in/outbound calls and sales inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner
Maintain expert-level knowledge on the features and business applications of the client’s product line
Close sales in a very competitive and commission friendly environment.
We require that you have:
Minimum of three (3) CXC/GCE subjects, including English Language and a numerical subject or Customer service related HEART Level-II Certificate.
City and Guilds Mathematics and English are accepted.
Minimum 1-year experience in the BPO industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Great problem-solving skills
Great listening and conversational skills
Attention to detail
MUST have 100% schedule flexibility
Valid Government ID, NIS, T.R.N
Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm with 90% accuracy
Ability to work a flexible shift
