We are seeking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Software Developer with JN Bank Limited. The incumbent will work in conjunction with the team to deliver software solutions that adhere to industry wide standards and best practices as well as regulatory requirements. The position requires the selected candidate to be able to develop and maintain innovative software solutions to enhance existing practices and policies within the JN Group. The selected candidate will need to be able to work both independently and under supervision as they complete their assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code.
- Identify, prioritise and execute tasks in the software development life cycle.
- Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements,
- solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming.
- Design and maintain databases for applications built and/or maintained by the bank.
- Configure settings to meet security and operational requirements for new and existing code or applications interacting with databases.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, or related discipline
- Microsoft Certification in appropriate software development tools would be a plus.
- Experience in building/maintaining Software solutions.
