Position of Watersports Manager

The Mustique Company is seeking to employ an experienced and vibrant Watersports / Diveshop Manager


Job Summary
General administration of the day to day watersports activities (snorkeling, diving, kayaking etc.), 

Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to; 

Manage the handling and maintenance of equipment including the dive boat

Monitor & clean corals

Provide high standard of customer service excellence

The successful candidate will have:
	5 years’ experience in a similar role
	Padi Certification
	Dive Master / Instructor experience
	Experience working with Coral
	Excellent interpersonal & customer relationship skills
	Experience working in a resort environment
