Our Company is looking for a skilled problem solver with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team as a Guest Experience Representative. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic individual who can deliver our company’s retail experience to every customer and patient while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. S/he is attentive and can listen to customer and then offer unique and innovative guidance and solutions by assessing the needs of the customer and educating/guiding them on the benefits and differences of our products. The successful candidate will be able understand the defined brand strategy and execute this to achieve our company standards, achieve sales goals and meet our customers and patients expectations.

CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Exemplary and best-in-class service that constantly exceeds customer and patient expectations
  • Attention to detail in ensuring customer service and a professional representation of the Company
  • Responsible for maintaining the store in a clean, organized and safe manner while paying special attention to merchandising standards.
  • Inspires customer confidence while creating a memorable brand experience
  • Be well informed and help to educate customers on our products, benefits and risks
  • Executes service standards to meet team and sales goals and metrics
  • Contributes to a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established regulation, policies and procedures
  • Accountable for accurately utilizing the Point of Sale system(s)
  • Understands and relays information of product equivalencies and responsible use of our products
  • Thoroughly knows our product offerings and how it relates to customer purchasing limits.
  • Ensures the sales floor is always properly stocked and the presence of the store is well maintained.
  • Support inventory management procedures and policies
  • Be willing to work any 8-hour shift between 10am-10pm, Monday - Saturday.
  • Must be willing to learn and perform adhoc duties to ensure continuity.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

  • High School Graduate with a minimum of five (5) CSEC subjects or equivalent required – must include English Language.
  • An Associate’s Degree in Hospitality or Communication is preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a retail environment is required.
  • Prior experience in the Cannabis industry or working in a Dispensary would be a definite asset.
  • A natural communicator – at ease with dealing with a range of different people and personality types
  • Ability to use a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to perform general office administrative activities.
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point of Sale software and cash management.
  • Strong attention to detail and must have a team-player mentality.
  • Ability to creatively cultivate long- term customer relationships.
  • Ability to deal with problems and resolve them in an efficient and professional manner.
