PURPOSE: The Accelerated Management Programme is an accelerated program for highly motivated individuals who possess the drive to excel as leaders in the Retail Business

 

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:

The program on Contact Centre Operations and Management runs for two (2) years and is structured so that you gain a sound understanding of the operations as you rotate through the four (4) key areas i.e.

 

  • Customer Contact Channels
  • Outbound and Revenue Channels
  • Ecommerce Management
  • Communication and Administration

 

Your training will include familiarization with Contact Centre operations and the importance of collaboration to ensure that both internal (the branch network & RSS teams) as well as external customers receive the highest level of after sales service support.

 Through precise coaching and mentorship, you will be equipped with the technical and leadership skills to become a Leader within the Contact Centre by the end of the first year.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

QUALIFICATION / EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

• Degree in Business Management Studies or other tertiary level education

• A minimum of 5 years’ management experience in a blended Contact Centre (Inbound and Outbound)

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate with very good EXCEL skills
  • Strong organizational/coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good coaching skills
