This position is responsible for informing potential and existing customers of company promotions, products and services. Assists in identifying new sales opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales and the execution of related campaigns
REPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

n Monthly sales targets are achieved for all targets set – 100%
n All reports are submitted with 0 errors and grammatically correct – 100%
n All reports are submitted as and when required 100%
n Development of new group accounts meets set target 100%
n Filing and any assigned databases are current 100%
n Assigned Member accounts are current and compliant 100%
n Compliance with HR & L Policy 100%
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- BSc Marketing or equivalent degree in Business Administration
- Two (2) years’ experience in sales, marketing or public relations.
- Driver’s License
- Reliable Motor vehicle
- Clean Police Record
- Demonstrated success in promoting, selling/delivering new products and services
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Sound knowledge of the credit union market in Jamaica
- Sound Knowledge of the proceeds of crime act & employee responsibility
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service.
- Working knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
- Proven sales skills
