Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, high-energy, and able to multi-task? Then you will be the ideal candidate for the Recruiting Coordinator Role.   

What will you do: 

  • Support the recruiting team across all sites by scheduling interviews with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers  

  • Ensure candidates stay on schedule 

  • Coordinate travel schedules for international candidates to and from Itel offices and facilitate the process for candidate expense information 

  • Interface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process 

  • Greet and escort candidates onsite 

  • Manage calls and emails from candidates  

  • Maintain recruiting database - ensure timely and detailed updates for reporting and the applicant tracking system. Organize candidates' data (e.g.resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases. Maintain interview and hiring records 

  • Send new hire notification emails to the necessary departments  

  • New hire processing: prepare offer letters and information packets for new hires  

  • Conduct background and reference checks on selected candidates. 

  • Design candidate experience surveys and analyze feedback 

  

What will you bring: 

  • 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably HR / Talent Acquisition support. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships are essential. 

  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels within organization and solve problems while exhibiting sound judgment  

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload and meet deadlines 

  • Ability to manage a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable workload 

  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 

  • Ability to work independently and with a team
