S.M. Jaleel & Company Limited, is currently looking for an individual to fill the role of Export Sales Analyst.

 

S.M. Jaleel & Company Limited, a leading manufacturer and distributor of non-alcoholic beverages, with overseas operations in the Caribbean Region, Saudi Arabia and India is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced professional to fill the vacant position of Export Sales Analyst at its Head Office, Otaheite, South Oropouche and Central Warehouse, Chaguanas.

Key Duties:

  • Prepare the Company’s Annual Sales Budgets in accordance with requirements for all International and Local Subsidaries, Co Pack and third party export customers.
  • Generate daily,weekly, monthly/yearly customized sales forecasts and reports for the Brand Management Team.
  • Review and update the Company’s Annual Sales Budgets on a quarterly basis.
  • Liaise with the Company’s Export Logistics Division to ensure that the Inventory Management  System of all Subsidaries within the Group are in keeping with the agreed Global Budgets.
  • Prepare annual and quarterly Budget reviews for the Director of Marketing and Chief Financial Officer.
  • Dissect and allocate brand budgets to reps and manages performance against set budgets.
  • Set commission structure for Sales Reps and merchandising reps.
  • Provide accurate calculations and timely submission of commissions for approval.
  • Analyze and make recommendations to the Company’s Sales and Marketing Teams in terms of evolving trend data with respect to the Company’s existing Brand.

Qualifications:

  • Bsc. Mathematics, Economics, or Statistics.
  • Advanced Computer skills/Microsoft Office/AX will be an Asset
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Able to demonstrate excellent analytical, planning and organizational skills
