Sales Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:  The Sales Supervisor will participate in performance development and other supportive and administrative duties.

  Major Responsibilities

  • Listen to calls daily and provide coaching and feedback at least twice per week
  • Handle escalated calls where needed
  • Drive team to be consistent with meeting daily conversion targets
  • Motivate team to meet and maintain attendance KPI of 95%.
  • Assist in ensuring that Quality KPI of 90% is being met and maintained by each agent
  • Ensure all written correspondence complies with company’s policies in terms of verbiage and frequency of contact.
  • Liaise with QA and Training departments to schedule re-training and up-training sessions where necessary.
  • Foster and maintain cohesiveness with their assigned agents daily in maintaining teams’ accuracy and efficiency.
  • Implement various strategies on how to improve teams’ performance.
  • Implement different ways to overcome objections and improve teams’ sales skills
  • Analyze and present data, speaking confidently on trends, gaps, missed opportunities
  • Actively walk around office and monitor staff at work
  • Must be able to work and function in a fast-paced, high stress environment with stringent monthly deadlines and quotas
  • Communicate Daily Agenda & E.O.D reports to Senior Sup, detailing plan of action for team’s shortfalls
  • Reference conversion and retraining policies when having accountability sessions with agents from a performance standpoint.
  • Create performance report for EOM review by HOD
  • Any other duty assigned

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year Sales and/or Customer Service experience in a call center environment.
  • Highly motivated, with experience of supervising others or taking a lead role in a team
  • Have flexibility and the ability to work public holidays.
  • Tertiary level certification or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent MS Office skills with sound working knowledge of current systems and ability to grasp new technology
  • Good decision making skills, with the ability to see the broader picture and apply sound judgement
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
