Core Functions
Manage and track all N.C.B. Foundation correspondences
Respond to all incoming requests (via all media) within stipulated timelines
Assist with Correspondence Management for Group Marketing & Communications Unit
Liaise with donees/suppliers for the acquisition of required documents and assist in completion of assessments of donee requests
Prepare, process and track payments to donees/suppliers engaged by the Foundation based on the approved projects/programmes and to comply with financial auditing requirements
Manage and update the database of all N.C.B. Foundation beneficiaries
Support the execution of N.C.B. Foundation initiatives within stipulated budget and timelines
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, Marketing or related field
High degree of accuracy; thorough in work output
Competent in the application of the MICROSOFT suite of Office Applications WORD, EXCEL and POWER POINT
