Manage and track all N.C.B. Foundation correspondences

Core Functions

  • Manage and track all N.C.B. Foundation correspondences
  • Respond to all incoming requests (via all media) within stipulated timelines
  • Assist with Correspondence Management for Group Marketing & Communications Unit
  • Liaise with donees/suppliers for the acquisition of required documents and assist in completion of assessments of donee requests
  • Prepare, process and track payments to donees/suppliers engaged by the Foundation based on the approved projects/programmes and to comply with financial auditing requirements
  • Manage and update the database of all N.C.B. Foundation beneficiaries
  • Support the execution of N.C.B. Foundation initiatives within stipulated budget and timelines

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, Marketing or related field
  • High degree of accuracy; thorough in work output
  • Competent in the application of the MICROSOFT suite of Office Applications WORD, EXCEL and POWER POINT
