Country Manager, Square Pharmaceuticals

Pharmaceutical distribution company, R.A.Williams Distributors Ltd. is seeking a Country Manager for the Square Pharmaceutical product line.

The Square Pharma Country Manager will be responsible for:

• Formulating marketing plans and strategies to meet targets
• Executing marketing initiatives
• Analyzing country market trends consistently in order to make required changes to strategies developed
• Generating new business using existing and potential customer networks
• Implementing actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
• Supervising a team of Medical Representatives who are assigned to territories
• Training and coaching team members
• Assigning or reassigning territories as necessary in order to optimize/maximize potential
• Developing and overseeing projects
• Managing all aspects of the product or project implementation
• Analyzing sales numbers to find weaknesses in the system, cost-saving opportunities and redundancies
• Preparing quarterly budget and presenting it to the management team for approval
• Completing and submitting weekly and monthly reports
• Developing goals and policies, and establishing standard operating procedures that are in alignment with the organization's mission

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the Medical or Scientific field
• At least 5 years' experience in a similar field
