About the role
As an IT 1st line support analyst. You will be the first point of experience for our customers. You will receive, scope, and accurately log customer incidents, identifying correct priority and service levels. You will capture a detailed description of the issue and provide fault diagnosis and call vetting, resolving as many issues as possible on a first-time / first line fix basis.
Typical work includes the processing of inbound phone calls and emails, logging tickets into our service management tool (ServiceNow), utilising your knowledge to fix issues across laptop and desktop environments, the provision of O365 support, password resets, Active Directory administration and many more…

We offer a competitive starting salary of TTD 6,500 per month plus a shift allowance where applicable. We offer annual pay reviews by industry comparisons and performance as well as annual leave, and ongoing language training!
