JOB DESCRIPTION
The successful candidate shall report to the Executive and Executive Sous Chefs. He/she will work alongside the head chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, and quality and consistent meal preparation by following and creating recipes that are delivered at the highest quality standard.
