COLD ROOM ATTENDANT – MONTEGO BAY and OCHO RIOS DEPOTS

Applications are invited for the position of Cold Room Attendant in the Montego Bay and Ocho Rios Depots:

Main Duties:

• To receive and satisfy customers’ orders correctly
• To carry out daily stock count in the Depot’s Cold Room
• To keep the Serving Area and the Cold Room in a clean and sanitary condition
• To receive products and pack in an orderly manner in the Depot’s Cold Room
• To report out-of-stock products/flavours
• To assist customers with queries from time to time

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of three (3) CXC subjects including English Language, Mathematics/Accounts
• Minimum   of one (1) year’s related work experience

Key Requirements:

• Good customer service skills
• Good knowledge of the Company’s product range
• Strong attention to details and able to multitask
• Team player with good initiative and positive attitude
• Good interpersonal skills with all levels of staff
• Good deportment and adherence to the Company’s Dress Code
