The opportunity:

We are seeking professionals with Change Management and HR transformation experience to join our Business Consulting team- Senior to Senior Manager levels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex Change Management concepts, Organizational Design, HR Operating & Delivery Model and/or HR Process Efficiency & Policies with a special focus on their application to digital transformation
  • Lead client engagement teams and work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services. 
  • Deliver change management and training programs in a wide variety of contexts including enterprise technology implementations and transformational change programs
  • Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve a high-quality deliverable and within expected timeframes. 
  • Develop holistic change management strategies, aligned with overall transformation plans, that succinctly articulate how change will be managed in the context of a transformation program
  • Identify and deploy leading edge communication and stakeholder engagement tools and techniques
  • Design and lead workshops with the client teams to develop change management plan outputs including stakeholder analysis, communication and engagement plans, change readiness assessments and benefits realization plans.
  • Participate in the detailed design and resourcing of the organization (structure, role profiles and numbers) to align with the operating model for service delivery and managing the transition of displaced persons.
  • Design and deliver working sessions to create target operating model and organizational design for HR transformation initiatives and HR process design.
  • Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up to date with current developments and trends in consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge.

 To support the team, you should have:

  • Solid academic background including a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or any other related degree.
  • Training in at least one (1) business modelling technique 
  • 3+ years of experience in providing consulting services in a number of the following change enablement areas: Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Communications, Organizational Design, Leadership Development, Training, Governance, Workforce Strategies, Human Resources Transformation, Talent Management and Culture
  • Project Management experience (PRINCE2 or PMP certification would be an asset)
  • PROSCI Practitioner certification or equivalent would be an asset
