The Cash Cage Team Member directly reports to the Cash Cage Manger who has overall responsibility for the Cash Cage to ensure Cash Cage policy and procedures are maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains a safe and hygiene space for members, guests and team members
Maintains social distancing protocols among Cash Cage Team Members in the Cash Cage
Assist Members and Guests in understanding safety and hygiene rules and protocol
Maintain clean and sanitized workstations example debit machines, PIN pads, cash drawers, counters, and other equipment
Must disinfect surfaces that come in contact with customers prior to and after each customer service
Empty and clean waste containers on a regular basis
Must wear face masks while on duty and is essential that a break is taken every 2 hours for 15 minutes
Report to the Cage Team Leader/ Floor Manager before starting his/her shift and before retiring.
Assist Cash Cage Team Members in verifying transactions when not engaged in their own work
Must possess clear and legible handwritten documents
Must complete All Petty Cash and Playable Vouchers in duplicate
Must rewrite all documents bearing errors as these should not be overwritten or have corrective liquid
Must write “VOID” and initial all unused pages when damage occurs to a sheet or several sheets of a consecutively numbered document or for any reason, those pages are not fit to be included in the document
From time to time during the shift, the Manager or designee may replenish the Cash Cage Team Members bankroll when funds are depleted
Ram Clear Forms are to be collected by a Manager
Complete debit or credit card transactions to be disbursed to the customer as a TITO ticket
Cash TITOS for customers
Change cash, both local and foreign currency, to be disbursed to the customer as either cash or a TITO ticket
Disburse winnings to customers (All Jackpots and Handpays are to be solely disbursed by a Manager)
Perform other related duties as directed by the Manager as required in the interest of achieving the Company’s goals and objectives
