Systems Manager

Summary

The Systems Manager will be responsible for managing key business applications for all deparments, this will require liaising with department heads gaining knowledge of their platforms and being the point of contact internally while liaising with the vendor to address any issues,

Qualifications:

• Minimum of an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in an IT discipline
• Minimum two years’ similar work experience

Core Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, Oracle systems

• Knowledge of application development, data management concepts, tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations
• Knowlegde of data management and Business Intelligance tools.
• Manage multiple vendor relationships, support, and deliverables
• Any additional duties as assigned by the Group IT Director or Manager.
