Seeking Mystery | Secret Shoppers for a 1 Month Project. Must be able to do the visits between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm - Mondays thru to Fridays!

MUST BE ABLE TO DO VISITS BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 AM AND 3:00 PM - MONDAYS - FRIDAYS
Income Opportunity Ranging from JM $2,000 - $4,200 (depending on assignment) for up to TWO - FOUR HOURS doing what you do for free — evaluating experiences, exploring products and services offered and assessing the quality of customer service from businesses.
Must be 25 years or older to qualify for application
Seeking shoppers who reside in:
- Kingston & St. Andrew
- May Pen
- Savanna-la-Mar
We are looking for Mystery Shoppers/Service Checkers who would you like to get paid to visit a local business as a regular customer would, and report on specific aspects of the experience in three easy steps:
1. You will be scheduled a visit
2. You will complete the visit on specified date
3. Send in your report via computer/tablet
REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- A PC/Tablet with reliable Internet connection
- Attention to details and observation skills
-EXCELLENT WRITING SKILLS | MUST HAVE A GOOD COMMAND OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE!
- A Jamaican Bank Account in order to receive payments for the completed assignment.
You will be required to complete a 30 minutes online training session via Google Meet prior to the commencement of the project. This training will assess how we want the mystery shopping conducted and what specific questions and scenarios that you should be presenting in order to satisfy the requests of our client.
We are seeking persons who have great attention to details and who are reliable. We are seeking persons who have a passion for Customer Service and would like to contribute to the development of Customer Experience in Jamaica, we want reliable shoppers who when assigned act with integrity and visit the location, call and email at the times they have been assigned.
