Real Time Analyst

Our Real Time Analyst is responsible for all WFM tasks within the Company. The key responsibilities will include monitoring the service levels, occupancy and contact volume of the phone operations department and analyzing staff trends to ensure daily resource coverage.

Our Real Time Analyst is responsible for all WFM tasks within the Company. The key responsibilities will include monitoring the service levels, occupancy and contact volume of the phone operations department and analyzing staff trends to ensure daily resource coverage.

Why YOU are fit:

• You have 1-3 years' experience using CMS, RTA, WFM software and call routing systems
• You have at least a year's experience in a call center environment with knowledge of common contact center statistics and technology
• You have the proactive ability to find and define problems, understand business impact, identify solutions and provide recommendations for corrective action
• You are competent in engaging with all levels of employees/management and building strong relationships with teams and all organizational customers
• You have a High school Diploma or maybe an Associate's Degree, or even higher
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel with knowledge of formulas for creating and updating spreadsheets
• You have a high level of professional integrity - employee information must be kept confidential
• You are ready to start a new journey
