We are now hiring Bilingual Call Center Agents to join one of our exciting teams in our Montego Bay location. In this role you not only answer customer questions, you also assist them in finding options to pay their account and set up payment arrangements and plans with them.
We are looking for Agents who are proficient at communicating in both Spanish and English (Verbal and Written). We provide excellent benefits and a competitive salary package of up to $1200 JMD.
Your Role as a Sales Expert
Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)Must be self-motivatedThe ability to problem solve creativelyMust be proficient in time managementNegotiation skillsStrong desire to achieve goalsBasic computer knowledge/skills- including the ability to type 20 WPM- please see our typing tutorial on our Facebook page- Teleperformance Jamaica-as a handy tool to assist you with your typing skillsAbility and openness to work with a diverse customer baseWorks well in team settings
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to work on site at our Montego Bay Location – 1 Mangrove Way, Freeport
Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends as needed.
18 years or older, possess a valid ID, NIS and TRN
Prior call center sales experience is an asset but not required
