Key Responsibilities

Office Areas

• Sweep and mop tiled and hard surface floors.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs in common areas and offices.
• Clean and sanitize glass doors and partitions.
• Dust office equipment, wall fixtures, and decorative items.
• Empty and sanitize dustbins and waste containers.
• Remove litter and debris from the car park area.
• Clean lunchroom and shared kitchen areas.

Bathrooms

• Sanitize sinks, toilets, urinals, and tiled surfaces.
• Clean mirrors, doors, and bathroom partitions.
• Disinfect all faucets, flush handles, and touchpoints.
• Sweep and mop floors using disinfectant.
• Empty trash bins and sanitary receptacles.
• Clean and restock dispensers and holders.
• Sanitize ventilation louvers and fans.

Minor Repairs & Maintenance

• Perform basic maintenance such as changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, or small furniture repairs.
• Report major issues to the facilities supervisor.
• Conduct regular checks of equipment and fixtures to ensure everything is in working order.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of cleaning products and proper handling.
• Basic handyman or maintenance experience is a strong plus.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.

Working Conditions

• Work is primarily indoors with some outdoor duties.
• Requires standing, bending, and lifting for long periods.
• Use of gloves, cleaning products, and safety gear is expected.
