Reporting to the Corporate Counsel, the incumbent will have responsibilities for reviewing, drafting, negotiating and monitoring contracts for the company.

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Corporate Counsel, the incumbent will have responsibilities for reviewing, drafting, negotiating and monitoring contracts for the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service contracts, and NDAs.
  • Ensure that contracts comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Advise internal teams on contract-related issues and best practices.
  • Manage contract lifecycle from creation to execution and renewal.
  • Resolve contract disputes and support the Corporate Counsel as necessary.

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably with a major in Law, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Legal Education Certificate or pursuing qualification.
    • At least 1 year experience in contract management, service delivery, or compliance within the Facilities Management industry.
