Responsible for physically receiving ingredients, forklift movements and the transfer of finished goods. Receiving & creating transfer orders, investigating differences with the production inventory and the physical stock counts. This is a shift position.
Physically receive ingredients & materials by verifying batch number & quantity against the transfer order shipment receipt then signs on the receipt.
Physically locate raw materials onto the production floor into designated areas by use of a forklift truck for scaling operations.
Receives the ingredient issuance transfer order in the ERP system.
Liaise with RM&P Warehouse Supervisor & Production Personnel in investigating ingredient/material variances and issues.
Required to create & ship transfer orders to the RM&P Warehouse to correct any excess inventory on the transfer order.
Completes the transfer order on the ERP system to ship the specific ingredients to the RM&P Warehouse Department when non-conformances arise
To ensure that daily checks are completed to ensure that transfer orders are received on the system.
Creates inventory journals for damages within the Production Warehouse
Creates & ship transfer order for materials issued from Main Production Warehouse Scaling to Pastry Warehouse
Performs a daily and/or weekly stock count by batch number to compare Production on hand inventory (Plant Stock) to the physical.
Reconcile the differences between the system’s inventory and physical inventory.
Checks over the data entry completed by the Production Supervisors of finished goods in the ERP system per shift prior to completing a transfer order to ship products to Loading Bay.
Reconcile the differences between Loading Bay & Production in quantities.
Creates & Ships Transfer Orders of Finished Goods produced to Loading Bay.
Completes the “Stock Count – Checklist” procedure as outlined in training manual by ensuring all the journals on the production batch orders for the previous days are reported on and posted.
Identify and report real and potential issues and non-conformances and suggest possible solutions.
Understand and adhere to the Company’s established good manufacturing practices (GMPs), Food Safety and Quality requirements.
Actively promote, support and comply with Kiss Baking Company Limited’s established Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and industry best practices;
Performs any other job-related duties as directed by Supervisor/Manager.
