Shoeaholics is looking for a detail-oriented Inventory & Stock Control Coordinator to

maintain inventory accuracy across our warehouse and multiple retail locations.


This role uses Lightspeed POS reports and inventory systems to monitor stock levels,

coordinate transfers between stores, and generate reports that support operational

decisions and sales performance.


We are looking for someone who is organized, analytical, and experienced in managing

retail inventory across multiple locations.


Duties & Responsibilities:

Monitor size run availability across stores to ensure best-selling sizes remain in

stock.


• Monitor inventory levels across all store locations and warehouse using Lightspeed

POS reports.

• Coordinate and track stock transfers between stores and warehouse to maintain

proper stock levels.

• Ensure all inventory movements, transfers, receiving, and adjustments are accurately

recorded in the POS system.

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and stock variances.

• Generate regular inventory and product performance reports including best sellers,

slow-moving items, and low stock alerts.

• Assist management in identifying fast-selling products and stock replenishment

needs to support sales.

• Maintain organized warehouse inventory by SKU, style, size, and category.

• Assist with stock counts and inventory audits across warehouse and retail locations.

• Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures and stock control systems.

• Support the development of structured inventory reporting and operational systems

across the company.


Experience managing inventory in footwear, apparel, or size-run retail environments will

be considered an asset.
