JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Inventory Reporting Assistant
JOB LOCATION: Macoya
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Inventory reporting and analytics focuses on managing inventory data, reporting, and analysis to optimize inventory management processes

 

POSITION DETAILS

Full Time

40 hours per week

Base Salary: $8,000

Contract Type: Initial contractual period

Duration: 2–3 months

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

General:
 Sub ledger to GL Reconciliation
 ReconciLiation of all Inventory Related GL Accounts
 Assist in reconciliation of count variances
 Reconciliation of Cost of Sales
 Overseeing the collection, organization, and maintenance of inventory data to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
 Creating and delivering regular inventory reports to management, highlighting key metrics such as stock levels, turnover rates, and trends.
 Analyzing inventory data to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, providing insights that inform inventory strategies and decision-making.
 Collaborating with other departments to develop accurate demand forecasts and inventory projections based on historical data and market trends.
 Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management and reporting on performance against targets.
 Any other adhoc duties that may be required
Other:
 Assist in monthly/annual stock taking as needed
 Promote safety awareness and the development of a Safety Culture within the company
 Comply with all Company Policies
 Any other duties as required

 

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inventory
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS ACCA Level 2 Candidate
