Responsible for managing inventory controls and supporting accounting functions. Duties include tracking stock movement, overseeing inventory costing and purchases, preparing inventory and sales reports, and coordinating with Accounts and Warehouse teams.

Indies Pharma is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory controls while supporting accounting and costing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inventory levels for Indies Pharma

• Track inventory movement and ensure accurate stock records

• Oversee costing related to inventory, including overseas purchases

• Vet and process purchase requests in collaboration with Accounts

• Prepare daily inventory and unit sales movement reports

• Coordinate with warehouse, packing, and sales teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Support audits and internal controls related to inventory and accounts

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Accounts, Inventory Management, or a related field

• Strong accounting background with knowledge of inventory costing

• Proven experience in inventory control and reporting

• Proficiency in accounting or inventory management systems

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
