Inventory Coordinator

To manage and execute the manual operations involved in deliveries, shipment coordination, warehouse management, and supply chain logistics. This role ensures efficient stock handling, inventory oversight, and timely support for retail demand through logistics and merchandising support.

To manage and execute the manual operations involved in deliveries, shipment coordination, warehouse management, and supply chain logistics. This role ensures efficient stock handling, inventory oversight, and timely support for retail demand through logistics and merchandising support.

Key Responsibilities Summary
1. Logistics and Delivery Management:
-Serve as the secondary delivery driver for customer orders and main driver for external events.
-Plan and execute delivery schedules in collaboration with the Trade Coordinator.
-Perform offloading and verification of merchandise at customer locations.

2. Warehouse Management:
-Handle the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products and equipment across all warehouse locations: Arnold Road, Group Office, Copperwood, MegaMart, Freetown, and NPM Main.
-Ensure warehouse stock is organized, accurate, and ready for delivery.

-Enforce FIFO Standards.
-Suggest risk mitigation strategies to improve warehouse management.
-Lead warehouse improvement projects and assist in demand planning for budget and sales adherence.

3. Inventory Oversight:
-Manage inventory restocking from Newport Mills (NPM) Main to Arnold Road Warehouse.
-Monitor stock levels to minimize discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
-Prepare and submit weekly reports on inventory status and movements to the Trade Coordinator.

4. Coordination & Reporting:
-Collaborate with supporting staff such as the Production Staff and Trade Coordinator.
-Report on logistical challenges and suggest process improvements.
-Provide detailed insights on delivery performance and stock movements to the Trade Coordinator.
