Inventory Controller

Dwellings Group is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Inventory Controller to manage inventory accuracy across our Barbados operations. This role ensures reliable stock records, supports efficient warehouse and retail operations, and helps maintain strong controls across thousands of SKUs.

Job Summary 

Dwellings Group is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Inventory Controller to manage inventory accuracy across our Barbados operations. This role ensures reliable stock records, supports efficient warehouse and retail operations, and helps maintain strong controls across thousands of SKUs.

You will lead the cycle-counting program, investigate variances, maintain data accuracy in our ERP system (Odoo), and coordinate a small team of Inventory Associates across both locations. The position requires strong analytical skills, disciplined follow-through, and a commitment to high standards of accuracy and process compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory accuracy across multiple locations and brands
• Lead cycle counts and reconciliation of stock variances
• Maintain inventory integrity in Odoo and support data clean-up
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve negative stock issues
• Coordinate Inventory Associates at Green Hill and Millhouse
• Prepare weekly and monthly stock accuracy reports

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in inventory control, warehousing, or stock management
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient with inventory systems (Odoo experience is an advantage)
• Solid Excel and reporting skills
• Reliable, organised, and able to work across two sites
