Job Summary
As our Inventory Control Officer, you'll be at the heart of operational efficiency—monitoring stock levels, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring that the right products are available when and where they’re needed. From regular audits to process improvement, you’ll help prevent stock issues before they even arise.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stock-outs
- Conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely stock replenishment
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and forecast future needs
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Prepare inventory reports for management review
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and issues

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
