Inventory Control Manager

The Inventory Control Manager will lead and optimize the end-to-end supply chain function by driving operational efficiency, reducing costs and ensuring seamless procurement, logistics and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to align with company goals of keeping the optimum amount of inventory and establish reorder points to meet our customer’s demand
• Forecast demand and align with procurement and department heads to ensure that proper reorder points are establish and reviewed monthly to meet the customer’s demand
• Continuously improve supply chain workflows and cost-efficiency by working with procurement to consolidate imports to reduce shipping costs
• Maintain supplier, product and service data to be used in forecasting analysis
• Implement inventory and warehousing policies to keep the company’s assets from misappropriations
• Conduct and supervise regular and bi-annual stock counts
• Implement classification systems for inventory naming, coding and shelving
• Ensure safe, secure and efficient storage of inventory
• Oversee stock reconciliation and investigate variances
• Monitor and analyze delivery KPIs and transportation costs
• Track deliveries and ensure proper stock transfer
• Lead and mentor the warehousing team to drive performance
• Define KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews with subordinates
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Maintain proper records of supply chain documents and procedures
• Monitor and manage supply chain-related risks
