Internship Program

We are now inviting students who are completing their final year from local tertiary institutions to apply for the 2025 Lightfire Partners Caribbean Internship Summer Programme. This Internship will be for the Summer of 2025, with a possible extension in the fall.

Internship Description

Criteria:

• Internship is open to students who are completing a first degree in 2025 in the areas of Business Administration, Psychology, Accounting, Marketing and IT.
 
• Applicants must have a current GPA of 3.0 or higher.
 

Based on availability, Interns may be assigned to the following areas within the Lightfire Partners Caribbean:

• Call Center Operations: Performance & Coaching
• Client Services
• HR & Training: Recruiting, Create training videos for internal site
• Quality Analyst: Call Scoring
• Accounting Analyst
• Marketing: Social Media Branding
• IT Systems & Workforce Management

Based on performance, full time opportunities are possible.
