We are looking for an Integrated Work System Analyst for WITCO - Trinidad that can provide comprehensive and proactive Integrated Work System support services to the Head of Manufacturing, the Operations Skills Development Manager & Operations HR Business Partner of West Indian Tobacco and undertakes all activities in order to ensure the successful deployment of the Integrated Work System Pillars. The role also supports the effective delivery of the Learning & Development agenda in the Operations function.

 

 

Main Accountabilities:

 

1.         Coordinates the WITCO-Trinidad Operations training portfolio through the undertaking the design of the Learning & Development Forecast with the approval of the Operations Skills Development Manager & Operations HR Business Partner.

2.         Executes the Learning & Development Forecast whilst measuring conformance to Training Plan; Analyses and tracks the Learning & Development Budget; assists in preparation of Learning & Development budget.

3.         Analyses and tracks the Learning & Development Budget; assists in preparation of Learning & Development budget.

4.         Provides support through the execution of the Plans for the deployment of the Integrated Work System Pillars.

5.         Coordinates and provides support & tracking for all internal training plans (on-boarding, upskilling, capability building initiatives, pillar qualifications, etc.).

6.         Designs and implements the site master plan for the with the Manufacturing Manager and Operations Skills Development Manager.

7.         Builds supporting systems for the local Integrated Work System Pillars; Coordinates with regional authorities as is neccesary;

8.         Assists in the deployment of all Integrated Work System Pillars locally and supports the Operations Skills Development Manager through Integrated Work System training delivery.

9.         Provides analysis of Integrated Work System Pillars performance;

10.       Designs relevant pillar matrices and analyses all data inputs.

11.       Works with the local HR-Ops team to align the HR & Integrated Work System Agenda components to the respective Pillar(s). 

12.       Organizes training events (Operations) as directed utilizing support from other support teams & procurement as applicable.

13.       Provides quarterly progression reports of the site master plans and pillars

14.       Develops, tracks and maintains a glidepath re Organization, Education & Training and Leadership Pillar key activities for implementation.

15.       Ensures compliance with regional and global Integrated Work System standards for the Organization, Education & Training and Leadership Pillars.

16.       Coordinates and updates of dashboards for the Organization, Education & Training and Leadership Pillars.

 

 

Knowledge and Experience

•          A University Degree in the Engineering, Social Sciences/Humanities or any relevant field.

•          A minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience with integrated management/work systems.

•          Experience in Learning & Development delivery and systems management.

•          Experience working on a manufacturing / industrial / fast paced company.

•          Advanced Computer literacy (MS Office compulsory)

•          SAP and/or Power BI Knowledge is a PLUS!

•          Spanish – Basic ability to communicate and exchange information in a simple way is a PLUS!

•          Solid research, planning and process mapping skills

•          Excellent interpersonal and communication in both verbal and written form

•          Excellent organization skills and ability to establish priorities and work under pressure

•          Confidence to use own initiative, keen and ability to anticipate requirements and plan ahead.

•          Ability to work without supervision.
