  4. Partner with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to confirm learning objectives, content scope, delivery approach, and facilitation strategy.
  5. Develop comprehensive learning materials, including participant guides, facilitator guides, presentation decks, learning activities, assessments, rubrics, and supporting tools.
  6. Write scripts and outlines for video, audio, and facilitated learning activities as required.
  7. Incorporate learner feedback and evaluation data to continuously improve learning design, facilitation effectiveness, and overall learner experience.
  8. Coordinate learning design and delivery activities to support organisational, process, or capability change initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Organisational Development, or professional certification/training in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience in instructional design and learning development, with demonstrated responsibility for end-to-end learning solutions.
  • Demonstrated application of instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, or equivalent methodologies in professional learning environments.
  • Proven experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training sessions for adult learners in corporate or professional settings.
  • Experience designing blended learning solutions, including instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, microlearning, and video-based content.
  • Proficiency with instructional design and content development tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Captivate.
  • Experience developing design documents, storyboards, assessments, narrative scripts, and facilitator materials.
  • Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and related learning technologies.

Core Competencies:

  • Ability to design structured, learner-centered experiences grounded in adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
  • Proven ability to facilitate engaging instructor-led and virtual learning sessions, manage group dynamics, and adapt delivery in real time to meet learner needs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and internal stakeholders to align learning solutions with organisational objectives.
  • Clear, confident verbal and written communication skills, with professional presence in both virtual and live learning environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital and virtual learning tools, platforms, and multimedia approaches.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple project-based assignments independently.
