Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for experienced outbound agents to join our expanding team working in the US Home Improvement Industry.

FULL-TIME INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES 
(Work On-Site Portmore, St. Catherine)
 
The Call Center Sales Representative role will involve speaking with prospective customers who are looking for information about various home improvement projects. The ability to effectively acknowledge and overcome homeowner concerns is critical.

Required attributes for our Call Center Representatives:

• Automated dialing EXPERIENCED in a call center: 2 years
• Necessary equipment and stable internet to perform duties (If work-at-home)
• Professional work environment that is quiet (If work-at-home)

• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Reliable and punctual when scheduled to work
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous outbound call center experience and/or sales experience

 
Call Center Sales Representatives are provided with:

• Paid training and in-person training at our facility in Kingston, St. Andrew or St.James
• Performance based bonuses (Uncapped)
• Industry leading compensation

 
Job Type: Up to 40+ hours a week available
 
Pay:
Base Up to $750/hr* (JMD) (based on Experience)
PLUS: $300 – $2,000 hourly (JMD)
In Bonus & Commissions
 
Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday (5 days scheduled) 
• On-Site
• 8am – 8pm 7 days a week 
• Weekend availability
• Full-Time 

 
Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

 
Experience:

• Sales, Collections and Outbound is the preferred call center experience
