Information Systems Manager leads the strategic development, implementation, and governance of the Land Information System (LIS) and all associated digital platforms supporting land administration in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
JOB TITLE: PARALEGAL
MINISTRY: Office of the Public Prosecutions
LOCATION: The job is based in Providenciales but at the discretion
of the TCI Public Service, it may be relocated to another
part of TCI.
JOB SUMMARY:
This is paralegal support position, which has responsibility for administrative and casework functions of the Civil Litigation Division in the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and assists with the legal service to ministries and departments. The Paralegal will be flexible, highly motivated, display outstanding attention to detail and have the ability to multitask with ease.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
10. Interact with ministries, departments and the public as required.
11. Assist the department head with various administrative tasks to support management of the department.
12. Work with department head to monitor and track department workflow and management obligations utilising a visual presentation interface.
13. To regularly, frequently and accurately maintain and update correspondence and attachments/enclosures and other e-filing.
14. Ensure that all files which are not currently in use are returned to the filing cabinets at the end of the day.
15. Generate reports, produce documents, presentations and spreadsheets as requested utilising MS Office or similar software.
16. Assist with the management and update of reports and requests for information.
17. Ensure that tasks are completed in accordance with the ODPP’s processes and office procedures.
18. Provide excellent customer service when dealing with enquiries received, so that the public and stakeholders can have confidence in the work we do.
