What You’ll Do

• Three CSEC subjects including English (We accept City & Guilds Math and English at stage 3)

• Manage 20–40 inbound leads per day — no cold calls!

• Sell, upsell, and cross-sell top services like TV, Internet, and Phone.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience while aiming to close the deal in one call.

• Use our dynamic scripts, coaching, and paid training to hit your sales targets and grow your skills.

• Collaborate with your team and leaders to improve performance and achieve results.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Call Center operations (preferred, but not required).
